The Montavilla Neighborhood spans both SE and NE Portland, and extends behind Mt Tabor; hence, it encompasses the east Tabor neighborhood, as well as the Stark Street stores, restaurants, and farmers markets, as well as the backside of Mt Tabor!
The street limits are 84 to the north, 205 to the east, Division to the south, and then 76th behind Mt Tabor, Burnside to the west, and finally 68th to meet 84.
The Montavilla area has a lot to offer.

In recent years, Stark St has developed into a bustling business center with fantastic restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, and entertainment.
It is located directly behind Mt Tabor.
There is also a large farmers market that is popular with the locals.

There is an indoor basketball court, a community center, a gymnasium, a reservable kitchen, a conference room and a party room, as well as a preschool program and wireless Internet access.
